Ongoing Directory Hosting

 

To maintain active publication of your business’s Feature page, along with search indexing and lead routing, hosting is by simple, flexible monthly subscription:

 

  • Primary Showcase Hosting: $35 + GST / month  (Billed monthly in advance, cancel any time)

 

  • Dual-Category Placement: $50 + GST / month  (Position your Feature across two relevant industry categories for maximum reach)

 


Collaborative Process & Integrity Safeguards

 

To ensure your Feature is produced both proficiently and to an optimum quality standard, creator and publisher Jordan Kelly follows her proven, streamlined, high-efficiency editorial process:

1. Interviewing & Drafting:  A detailed, and by necessity, lengthy interview will extract your core value proposition and inform the writing of your showcase Feature.


2. Real-Time Review & Approval:  Review the resultant copy together over the phone. Any edits or refinements are made “on the spot” in real time, minimising revision rounds and expediting sign-off. To be clear: Copy is reviewed live over the phone rather than distributed as a draft document.

 

3. Exclusivity & Copyright:  All written feature narratives remain the exclusive Intellectual Property of the Wairarapa Business Showcase. Your feature remains active as long as monthly hosting is maintained, and you are encouraged to share the URL (web page address) to your showcase Feature across all your marketing materials and email signatures.

 

4. Imagery Ownership:  You provide the photography and imagery for your showcase Feature (guided by the creative brief which will be produced for you following the production of your Feature). You retain full, exclusive ownership of all your photos and images.

 


Custom Design & Imagery Editing

 

Most Features are fully covered by the standard rate using the high-resolution imagery and assets you provide. However, if your showcase Feature lay-out requires custom web development or complex asset formatting beyond standard specifications, an additional developer fee may apply – though in almost all cases, this is minimal.

 


Future Updates, Additions or Change-Outs

 

Charged at an hourly rate.
